There was a small town in Turkiye, which was located on the northern coast of the Sea of Marmara, named Tekirdag. there was a born girl name alara. Born of the nurse azize tunali and the turkish mob, Ibrahim tunali. The household was small, yet, it was broken from the very beginning. Alara was broken from the very beginning. Being a child of divorce with a selfish, hyper-aggressive mother helped the little five-year-old girl to grow up way earlier than her mates. She was only eight years old when the divorce between her parents took place and she cried herself to sleep every night. But she had to stay strong. Oh, why? Because the room next to hers, was her younger sister – defne. And alara, as the older sister, had to be her courage and comfort. Their father, too busy and involved in his illegal business, came one morning with the news that they have to move. Where? To the other edge of the world.Thanks to these two, alara and defne were taken here and there like luggage, not even asked if they’d prefer to leave or to stay. ibrahim’s business grew. It bloomed so much, that he took control of the Balkan mafia first, before moving to the west and reached America. There he met a partner, who came with the suggestion to unite their businesses and work together. So the broken family moved to new York.But that was just the beginning. Alara was only eighteen years old when her father was killed by men in suits, who were holding guns. Which lead us to the beginning – where alara had to be stronger and take care of her younger sister – defne. That’s how her dossier began filling up-shoplifting, stealing, manipulating, doing the dirty work for people just to get some money was how she had something for a living. They saved money for college. Alara wanted to study fashion design, while defne wanted to develop in the field of law. She seeked to go back to her homecountry and search for her roots. Alara wanted to stay. that’s how the two sisters, the two pieces of the apple separated.In 1990, alara’s first year of college, alara met a guy. for her, he was the main character taken out from a dark romanc e book. He was tall, with dark hair, rich and handsome, with italian accent. They fell in love in the summer days. His name was Damiano De Luca, of the infamous family who owned a company for board games. On their wedding day, alara met Damiano’s family. They were as if taken from a spooky cartoon movie. And only Damiano’s cousin – dante seemed to be normal in her eyes. He was just … different.

Everything was perfect; a fairytale, lullaby, a dream come true, until the wedding night. Which became her nightmare. And as every wedding night – there was still so much blood spilled.When alara was invited to dinner with damiano’s family, she was surprised to see his reaction; refusal. As if he didn’t want to bring her there, maybe he was embarrassed to bring them together at one table. But that was an offer alara couldn’t say no to. Later on, damiano revealed to alara his family’s biggest secret - they have made a deal with the ‘devil’ to build their empire in exchange for a family tradition, at every wedding night, every new member draws a game card from De Luca’s puzzle box. And how unlucky for alara to draw the unluckiest card. She drew hide and seek.At first the game seemed harmless, as alara was the one who had to hide and De Lucas – to seek. But who knew that the family had not only to find alara in the house, but also to deliver a sacrificion in order to escape the curs which was laying above them – moreover, they needed to sacrifice a virgin girl. Slowly, the pieces of the puzzle came to their places in alara’s head. She realized – she had to run away. but it was too late. Alara only discovered this after a maid was shot by Dante’s drug-addicted sister Emilie. Dante found alara hiding inside the elevator and promised to help her get out. Unfortunately, later on he got poisoned by his uncle, damiano’s father, who found alara. soon she was brought to the main hall, tied and stabbed by damiano’s father to death.But what happens when you sacrifice a virgin who isn’t a virgin to the devil? Well . . . demon possession. Alara woke up possessed by voices, utter hunger and lust for flesh and blood. after she discovers what happened that night and how she escaped from death, alara began to run. When the family realized what they’ve done and that she was not a virgin, they tried to kill her again, but failed. Alara took her revenge by taking their lives one by one, leaving her husband for the finale of her fiasco. Soon the police arrived in front of de luca’s residence, alongside with an ambulance only to find alara covered in blood, smoking a cigarette in front of the mansion. ‘family meetings’ was her last comment to the policeman and then she ended up locked in an asylum.

Defne tunali – formally, she is alara’s lost sister. The two grow up together, taking care of each other after they lose both of their parents. When they start college, defne wanted to go back to turkiye, searching for her roots, whilst alara preferred to stay in the usa. Alara never told defne what happened to her, of her marriage and her transformation, simply because she didn’t want to scare her sister to death. The only person alara can be seen showing any sort of affection to, is defne.
After years, defne decides to come back and see her sister, just to realize that she had changed so much, she could barely recognize her. Alara is trying to convince her to leave, yet the younger sister rebels and decides to stay until she reveals the truth.

ELVIRA KING - luckily or not, alara was tucked in the same asylum as Elvira, moreover, they were forced to be roommates. Alara had no idea why Elvira was there. At first they wouldn’t get along, alara couldn’t cope with how aggressive and fierce was Elvira as every nurse which entered the room was leaving with a bruise or something broken. they despised each other. but they also had no one else there. And that’s where their strange bond began building. despite the negative feelings, they helped each other during their hard times in that place.elvira was the one who helped alara realize what she was turned into. she showed her that she had the power, to seduce, to destroy and in the hospital, alara learned how to use that as a privilege. months later, elvira and alara meet again in nyc.

He took her to his house. their dynamic was at its peak from the moment their eyes met – they talked a lot that night, they danced, they shared and she didn’t realize when their affair started.
